Bdgo’s liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Bdgo excludes liability for external interruptions, third party acts, or events beyond Bdgo’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability to the extent prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bdgo operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Bdgo’s internal dispute resolution procedures or, if required, by the competent courts or arbitration at Bdgo’s option in compliance with applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bdgo regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions, representations and agreements. No waiver of any provision shall be binding unless in writing and signed by Bdgo.
