Bdgo Sports Rules govern every bet placed on the Bdgo wagering platform for standard and live markets. They apply to all sports and events offered by Bdgo, to all customers who hold an active account, and to any markets described in Bdgo market material. These rules operate alongside any sport specific provisions published for a given event and prevail where conflicts arise.
Bdgo uses decimal odds for settlement. The minimum stake on any market is the amount displayed in the stake field and is subject to the minimum threshold set by Bdgo for the customer’s currency. Bdgo reserves the right to adjust or suspend any market or price in the event of a palpable error, system fault, or any instance of potential mispricing that would distort fair play.
A bet is considered accepted only after Bdgo confirms receipt and funds have been secured in the customer’s account. Bdgo may reject any bet in whole or in part at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed with insufficient funds, or after a withdrawal request has caused a balance deficiency, may be voided.
Customers may use the Cash Out feature where available. Cash Out terms operate independently of the original bet and may be declined or suspended in certain circumstances, including market suspension or event inactivity.
Bdgo reserves the right to void or cancel bets in whole or part for reasons including integrity concerns, technical errors, mispricing, or if a bet is placed in a manner designed to circumvent limits. Accumulators and multi bet structures that include mutually dependent selections are not accepted and may be voided. If a bet is not available for settlement due to an event not starting as scheduled or being suspended for an extended period, Bdgo may void the bet or settle it in accordance with the official results as described herein.
Settlements are based on the official result provided by the relevant governing body or competition authority. In the absence of reliable official results, Bdgo may reference independent sources or internal statistics. If a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, abnormal event, or newly determined result, Bdgo reserves the right to re-settle the affected market and adjust balances accordingly. Any such adjustment will be deemed final once completed.
If an event is postponed beyond a defined window or cancelled, Bdgo will void affected bets unless otherwise stated in the market description. In cases of prolonged postponement, unsettled bets may be voided if the event does not resume within the period specified by Bdgo. If an event is resumed, bets that were already settled remain valid and bets that remain undecided may be settled on the resumed outcome where applicable.
Live markets are subject to rapid price updates. Bdgo may suspend, delay, or close betting during events as necessary for risk management and to ensure fair settlement. In the event of a decision by officials or regulatory authorities that contradicts the on pitch state at the time of bet placement, Bdgo reserves the right to void bets affected by the discrepancy, unless the market description already accounts for such scenarios.
In events with joint winners, winnings are shared pro rata among successful outcomes. The calculation method may vary by market type but will reflect a proportional distribution based on the number of winners and the original odds. In some cases multiple contracts may be treated as settled as per the market specification for joint outcomes.
Outright markets including winner and placement markets are subject to a play or pay principle. Bets on listed participants remain valid even if one or more listed participants do not take part in the event. In head to head markets where a participant is not present, the market may be voided unless otherwise described in the market terms. Where a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets may stand while certain individual markets may be void.
Bdgo may suspend, limit, or void bets where there is evidence of improper conduct, manipulation, or attempts to influence an event. Changes of venue, format adjustments, or substantial alterations to event length may lead to voidance of affected bets. Bdgo will notify customers of any material changes where practicable.
For the purposes of accuracy, Bdgo reserves the right to determine settlement based on the governing body rules applicable to the sport and the official competition results. If a sport has special settlement rules published, those provisions override general rules for that sport.
Any claim or protest regarding a bet must be submitted to Bdgo within seven days from the original start time of the event or the bet. Bdgo will acknowledge receipt and investigate in accordance with its internal dispute procedures. The decision rendered by Bdgo pursuant to a published rule is final unless required otherwise by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Bdgo promotes responsible gambling. Customers should set and enforce personal limits and take advantage of available self exclusion or cooling off options. Age verification is required; Bdgo prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 18. All bets are subject to regulatory and internal compliance checks.
Bdgo may amend these rules from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and will apply to bets placed after the effective date unless market descriptions specify otherwise. Settlement windows, cash out availability, and market scope are subject to system and regulatory constraints.
